Turnip «Purple»
Mid-early variety (from germination to harvest 55-65 days) for cultivation in open and protected ground. Root crops are flat-round, the skin is purple in the upper part and white below the soil level.
The mass of the root crop is 100-120 grams, the pulp is white, dense, juicy, tender. with a high mineral content. The taste is excellent - bright and spicy. Productivity is 3.2-3.5 kg/m2.
Recommended for fresh, boiled, steamed, baked and salted consumption. It is used for dietary and baby food, has healing properties, is recommended for use in diabetes and obesity.
