Parsley «Sugar» - late variety of root parsley for long-term storage. The leaves are medium sized, dark green in color. Forms a rosette 20-40 cm high. The roots are long, conical, 20-25 cm long, weighing 30-60 grams. The pulp is aromatic, white-cream in color. The variety easily tolerates drought. Gives best results on light and dry soils.
The variety is transportable and preserves well.
