Rhubarb «Berezil» - is a perennial, cold-resistant crop. An early ripening variety with quickly growing leaves. The petioles are 35-50 cm long, ready for consumption in May. Thick, juicy rhubarb stems are rich in carbohydrates, vitamins, microelements and organic acids.
Propagated by seeds and division of the bush. The petioles are used for fresh consumption, as well as for compotes, jelly, and pie filling. Particularly useful for anemia.
