Arugula «Gudita» - these are plants with finely serrated leaves. Arugula leaves are dark green, very aromatic, with a sharp-bitter taste. The plants regrow very well. Sowing rate is 5–7 g/m², sowing depth 3 cm. The plant has sparsely branched stems about 20–25 cm tall. Leaves are rich in vitamin C and minerals.

Can be grown in open and protected ground.

May also be pronounced as Guditta. Other commonly accepted or colloquial names: Rucola, arugula, rukolla, rukolla or Garden Rocket, or Indau sativa, or Eruca sativa.
