Hot pepper (bitter) «Caribbean red Habanero» - the fruits of this habanero can be eaten green, but the aroma will fully develop only in fully ripened fruits. When ripe, the fruits change color from green to red. This pepper can be added to many dishes: sauces, salsa, casseroles, stews, soups, curries, gravies, chocolate... And dried Habanero powder smells wonderful of apricots.

Suitable for freezing.

A plant with large leaves, up to 1 m high, ripening from 90-100 days. Very productive! The fruits are fleshy, juicy, aromatic, red, and shaped like Chinese lanterns. They grow and bear fruit well in greenhouses; they can also be grown in open ground, but the yield will be less.
