Peanut seeds «Steppe»

Peanut «Steppe» / Arachis hypogaea - a late, productive variety with large fruits. It is successfully grown throughout Ukraine. The growing season lasts 120-160 days. The culture as a whole is unpretentious and stress-resistant. It develops more actively in light, loose and fertilized soils, well warmed by the sun. In the absence of precipitation, regular irrigation is required, as well as hilling and weeding. The plant is strong, spreading, abundantly leafy with a well-developed root system. It reaches a height of 40-60 cm. Does not require treatment against diseases and pests.

Groundnut - 1-3 oval-shaped seed bean, 1.5 to 3 cm long, with a cobweb pattern. Inside it contains grains resembling beans of brown and burgundy color. The weight of the nut is 1-2 grams. Peanuts contain more than 50% fat, as well as protein and carbohydrates. Used for food consumption, cooking, processing into oil and food additives.
