Tomato «Amish paste» - is a mid-season productive variety, powerful high bushes, about 1.5 m (the stem will be higher on irrigated lands). The fruits are long, very shiny, without spots and cracks, rich, bright red color, with a strong skin and very dense pulp. Meaty, delicious, without acid, almost without seeds, ideal for preservation. The taste is rich, tomato. Cream is very elastic, does not crack.

Many believe that this is an ideal variety for processing into juice, pasta, and preservation. The variety comes from the Amish community in Wisconsin.
