Sowing for seedlings is carried out in March - April, planting is carried out to a depth of 1-2 cm in May, according to the scheme 20 by 30 cm, flowering occurs in June - August.

Lofant anise "Golden Jubilee" belongs to the Lamiaceae family. The original name labiatae (Labiatae Juss.) was given due to the fact that most of the flower is two-lipped, similar to an open pharynx or mouth with two lips directed up and down, and sometimes divided into various lobes.

In terms of its effect on viruses, microbes and fungi, it is on a par with potent essential oil plants. Phytotherapist scientists claim that there is no such disease in which the lofant would "retreat".

For medicinal purposes, the entire ground part of the plant is used. In fresh and dry form, it is used for diseases of the nervous, cardiovascular systems, gastrointestinal tract, liver and urinary tract, to remove stones from the liver and kidneys, and also to increase immunity. Normalization and improvement of the state of the body occur in two to three weeks. Since no side effects of the lofant on the human body have been identified, it can be taken until complete recovery within a few months.

Lofant reduces pressure, has a bactericidal property. In Mongolian medicine, the aerial part of the plant is used to regulate metabolism, as a tonic and prevent aging.

An infusion of flowers is used internally and externally for paralysis (in particular, of the facial nerve), trembling of the limbs. Daily use of lofant with food gives good results in the treatment of debilitated, stunted and dystrophic children, as well as elderly people. The lofant is also effective in the treatment of radiation sickness, as it removes nuclides from the body. In such cases, it is recommended to take 15-20 drops with honey three times a day.

For physical and mental fatigue:

Before going to bed, make a hot foot bath (ankle-deep) for 10 minutes and drink a glass of infusion from dry inflorescences. The infusion is best prepared in a thermos. 1 st. l. chopped herbs pour a glass of boiling water and leave for at least 40 minutes. Before use, add 1 tbsp. l. honey.

For hepatitis:

2 tbsp. l. brew dry lofant grass with one liter of boiling water. Insist 30 min. Drink hot 3 times a day after meals, adding 1 tbsp to a glass. l. honey and 1 tsp. lemon juice.

For cirrhosis of the liver:

Thoroughly mix 30 g of dry grass lofant, St. John's wort, horsetail and yarrow. Take 1 tbsp. l. of this mixture in a glass of water, boil for 10-15 minutes over low heat, then strain. Take 1 glass 2 times a day 15 minutes before meals. Before use, add 1 tsp. lemon juice (or a slice of lemon) and 1 tbsp. l. honey.

For cholelithiasis and cholecystitis:

Grind 1.5 kg of table beets in a meat grinder or grate, pour in two liters of water and cook over low heat until the syrup thickens. For 1 glass of lofant infusion, add 50 g of beetroot syrup, 1 tsp. honey and 1 minced garlic clove. Drink 3 times a day before meals for a month. Helps dissolve stones. Mix equal amounts of grass or lofant inflorescences and corn stigmas. 1 st. l. pour 0.5 liters of boiling water over this mixture and leave for 1 hour. Take 0.5 cup every 4 hours. Add 1 tsp to the infusion. honey and 1-2 cloves of garlic. Corn stigmas can be replaced with St. John's wort, yarrow or hop cones. Effective for cholecystitis and such a collection: valerian root, herbs of wormwood, St. John's wort, lofant and hop cones, taken in equal amounts. 2 tbsp. l. finely ground mixture to infuse in 1 glass of hot water for 15-20 minutes in a water bath. Cool and strain. Squeeze the grass. Bring the volume of infusion to 1 cup. Drink 0.5 cup 2-3 times a day 30 minutes before meals, adding a teaspoon of honey.

For angina:

Gargle with a warm decoction of lofant. When the form is started, lofant tincture is used, which is prepared from 100 g of fresh inflorescences (or 30 g of dry ones), infused in a dark place for a week in 0.5 liters of vodka. 1 tsp dilute tinctures in 0.5 cups of hot water and gargle every 10-15 minutes. Inhalation gives a good result. According to 2 tbsp. l. dry lofant grass and pine buds are placed in a teapot, filled with water up to half of the teapot, boiled for 3-4 minutes. After removing the kettle from the fire, they put a paper funnel on the spout and inhale the steam in turn through the mouth and nose (each nostril separately). The procedure is done before going to bed. Pine buds can be replaced with chamomile flowers.
