Malopa (mixture) - a plant with smooth, strong stems covered with snow-white or pink inflorescences. The culture can be compared to mallow, but malopa looks more sophisticated. The plant is unpretentious in care. Its height reaches up to 90-110 cm. The flower is five-petaled, about 5-10 cm in diameter. The color is bright and rich. The leaves are decorative, three-lobed. The crop grows well in a sunny area in fertile soil.

Bloom. The beginning falls in June - July and lasts until frost. Faded inflorescences should be removed.

Resistance to various infections is at the highest level.

Main characteristics:

• stem height: 90-110 cm;
• flowers are five-leaved, 5-10 cm in diameter, of different colors, there are specimens with dark veins on the petals;
• blooms from July to October.

It is planted in ridges and mixborders in the background. Spray roses, calendula, phlox, asters, irises, and nasturtium are suitable as neighbors. Tall shoots can decorate an unsightly fence or walls of outbuildings. Also, with the help of a hedge, you can zone the space of a garden or even a vegetable garden. Also used for bouquets.

Planting and caring for small grass in open ground:

• Growing malopa from seeds does not require much effort;
• sow for seedlings in early April or for plots in May;
• the seeds are distributed over the entire surface, lightly pressed down, but not covered with soil;
• conditions for germination—film, temperature +18-20 degrees, light;
• with the emergence of seedlings on days 10-14, the shelter is removed and moved to a flowerbed with the establishment of heat;
• for this purpose, prepare holes up to 10 cm deep and maintain a distance of 30-40 cm;
• loves the sun and fertile soils, but grows in any;
• care consists of watering during drought, removing dry buds;
• does not require garter, is not prone to lodging;
• resistant to diseases and pests.
