The term rodenticides refers to means for protecting plants from rodents. Rats and mice destroy crops and cause enormous economic damage. They harm both plants and harvested fruits. In addition, rodents are carriers of dangerous diseases. Man has been fighting them since time immemorial. Today, many pesticides are produced to help in the fight against pests.
Types of rodenticides
The range of drugs is quite wide. According to the method of penetration, they can be divided into two large groups – tempting and non-tempting. The first – are in great demand. They fall into three categories:
- dry – powders, grains, briquettes of different consistency, granules;
