Sowing seeds of Nikandra
Nikandra from seeds is grown in two ways - seedlings and directly sowing into the ground.
- For seedlings, plant seeds in bowls in mid-April. When the seedlings get stronger, plant the plants in separate flowerpots. In the garden, plants should be planted when the threat of spring frosts has passed (as a rule, this is the second half of May). Flowering occurs in a month and a half and continue to bloom until frost.
- In the garden, we sow the seeds in May, immediately to a permanent place. We sow in holes at a distance of 35-45 cm from each other, several seeds in each. Seedlings appear in 8-10 days. After the appearance of plants in each well, we leave only 1 plant. They bloom in the second half of July and continue to bloom until frost.
