Why super sweet?
Super sweet sweet corn or Sh2 type corn - shranken:
- the name comes from the appearance of the dried grains - “wrinkled”;
- has a very slow conversion of sugars into starch;
- contains 4-10 times more sugar content than normal Su type sweet corn
- under normal conditions, it can be stored for up to 21 days after collection, but it has the best taste during the first 7 days.
