Cauliflower «Alpha» - an early ripe variety, from planting seedlings to the start of harvesting 70-75 days. The heads are white, dense, round-flat, coarse-grained, 18-20 cm in diameter, weighing 0.8-1.2 kg, excellent taste. The surface of the heads is well covered with integumentary leaves.
The formation of high-quality heads requires sufficient moisture and loose fertile soils.
The grade has good palatability, is steady against diseases. Used for fresh consumption and processing.
