Eggplant «Iceberg»

Mid-season variety. The period of technical maturity is 117-125 days, biological - 145-150. Spreading bush, 45-60 cm high. Variety of universal use. Flameproof.

Resistant against macrosporiosis, blossom end rot, relatively resistant to viral diseases. The fruit is elongated pear-shaped, 16-20 cm long, 5-7 cm in diameter, weighing 170-220 grams. The pulp is white, medium density.

The fruit is white at technical maturity, yellow-brown at biological maturity. The content of dry matter in fruits of technical maturity is 9.3%, total sugar - 3.1%.

The bush is spreading, of medium height, 45-60 cm high. The leaf is broadly oval, green, the calyx is without thorns. The minimum content of corned beef.
