Parsley root «Sugar»
This is an early maturing root variety. Vegetation period from germination to technical maturity is 90-100 days. Root crops are conical, spiky, 17-25 cm long, 4-6 cm in diameter, weighing 30-60 grams, gray-white in color. The pulp is white, good taste.
The leaves and roots of the plant are used for fresh and dried consumption.
