Sugar corn «Mermaid» - mid-season high-yielding variety. From germination to technical ripeness, 85-95 days pass, to biological - 125-130 days. The stem is 1.8-2 m high. The cobs are cylindrical, 20-25 cm long, weighing 250-300 grams. The grains are white, yellow, tender, very sweet, containing up to 16% sugar, which is several times more than in other varieties.

Variety «Mermaid» is recommended for use in milky ripeness in boiled and canned form.
