Chinese cowpea «Macarena» (adzuki) - an early ripe annual vegetable climbing plant belonging to the legume family. Vegetation period 90-110 days. The main stem is up to 3 meters long with many side shoots that also actively bear fruit. Each plant needs a reliable support, because. during the period of active fruiting weighs up to 5 kg.

Pods thin up to 70 cm, without fibers, fleshy, sweet, brown beans. The shoulder blades are used for food at the stage of «milky ripeness», up to 50 cm, boiled, stewed, fried and canned. Taste and nutritional value remain unchanged even during long-term storage in frozen form.

Chinese cowpea «Macarena» gives a lot of greenery and is successfully used in the garden for decorative purposes, for vertical gardening of hedges, tunnels, arbors, as well as for decorating balconies.
