Yarrow «White pearls» / Achillea millefolium - is a perennial plant. One of the varieties of yarrow. Plant 50-60 cm high. Flowers densely double, bright white, up to 1.5 cm in diameter. It grows well in open sunny areas, but also withstands partial shade.

Used for group plantings, flower beds. One of the best plants for arranging bouquets and creating flower arrangements.

In folk medicine, common yarrow is used for leucorrhea, malaria, insomnia, urolithiasis, some liver diseases, urinary incontinence, as a wound healing and hemostatic during heavy menstruation.

Sowing seeds for seedlings - at the end of February, planting seedlings in open ground - at the end of April or at the beginning of May. Grows in full sun or partial shade. The flowering period lasts from June to September.

Other common names include old man's pepper, devil's nettle, sanguinary, milfoil, soldier's woundwort, and thousand seal.
