Passion fruit / Passion fruit (Fruit de la passion)

Fast growing vine with beautiful lush foliage and edible fruits. Passion fruit fruits are lilac, dark purple and even brownish in color. The taste of the fruit does not depend on the color, but on the degree of maturity. In a mature fruit, the peel is rough, cracked, as if crumpled, such fruits are sweeter. The taste of passion fruit is simply magical - delicate, fresh, sweet and sour, unique.

Planting is carried out in a special soil for seedlings. Use several seeds at once in order to be guaranteed to get a plant. The seeds are planted in separate planting containers, it is possible in plastic cups, lightly sprinkling on top of the soil. Above the seeds, it is necessary to make a greenhouse and place the cups in a bright place with a stable temperature of at least 20 ° C.

The seeds germinate within a month, after which the greenhouses can be removed and cared for as an adult plant. The transplantation of such a passion fruit is carried out after the plant gets stronger, increases the necessary amount of greenery and masters the capacity offered to it. Transplantation is carried out carefully by transshipment.

Young passion fruit, with proper care and timely transplantation, is able to bear fruit after 6 months or 1 year.
