Fennel vegetable
A very valuable dietary product, which, unfortunately, has not received the place it deserves. The thickening at the base of the stem is used for salads, it is stewed, both on its own and with other vegetables. This delicacy, in addition to excellent taste, has medicinal properties for diseases of the liver, kidneys, colds and eye diseases.
In order to get a stalk with a delicate taste, it should be lightly spudded, harvested when the head reaches the size of an average apple.
