Hot pepper (bitter ) «Alma paprika» - is one of the most famous Hungarian varieties of hot pepper. The plant is 45 cm in height. The fruits are round, tomato-shaped, up to 6 cm in diameter. The color of the fruit at technical ripeness is almost white, and then orange and red. Wall thickness - 7-8 mm. The pulp is juicy.

For eating fresh, stuffing, drying. Seeds are sown for seedlings in early March. The fruits ripen approximately 100 days after picking the seedlings.

Species: capsicum annuum (vegetable pepper).
Taste: 2 000 - 15 000 on the Scoville scale. The spiciness is moderate.
