Watermelon «Baroness» F1 (Baronessa) - mid-early watermelon hybrid of the Shuga Baby type. The vegetation period of plants is 70–75 days. The hybrid is intended for cultivation in an open ground. Watermelon Barones F1 forms a powerful, abundantly leafy plant, providing reliable protection to the fruits from the scorching sun.

Up to 6 quality watermelons are tied on each plant. The fruits are round, large, weighing 8–10 kg. The peel is dark green, shiny, well covered with a wax coating. The flesh of the watermelon is dark red in color, juicy and crispy, with a small amount of seeds. Possesses high palatability.

Watermelon is grown in open ground and greenhouses on light soils. Sowing in open ground is carried out at the end of May. Sowing seedlings - in late April, early May. When the threat of frost has passed, the seedlings are planted in the ground (at the age of 30-35 days, in the phase of 3-4 true leaves) according to the scheme 80x200 cm.

As the plants grow, they form into one stem, removing side shoots, and leaving 2-3 ovaries. Further care consists in watering, fertilizing and loosening.
