Salad «Mini romen dzhem» - a mid-season lettuce variety obtained by crossing butter-head varieties and varieties of the Romaine type. The vegetation period of plants is 50-65 days. The variety is intended for cultivation in open and protected ground throughout the year. It is characterized by excellent resistance to bolting and heat, as well as to a wide range of diseases, in particular lettuce mosaic virus.

Forms a compact head weighing up to 300 grams. The height of the head is about 20 cm, diameter 15 cm. The leaves are oblong, bubbly, dense and crispy. The color varies from light green for the outer leaves to yellow for the inner ones. The salad has a delicate texture, a unique sweet taste and a great aroma.

The leaves are recommended for fresh consumption, salad dressings and home cooking.
