Bidens aurea golden or golden string / Bidens Aurea - a rare annual plant in our gardens, it deserves the attention of gardeners and can be used in many ways. Height is 50-60 cm, the stems are strong, strongly branched, from early summer until late autumn covered with numerous bright yellow inflorescences-baskets with a diameter of 2-4 cm. Cold-resistant, drought-resistant, light-loving, unpretentious, but grows better on light, sandy soils.

They are sown in a permanent place in the spring (late April - early May) with 3-4 seeds in each hole. Shoots appear on 10-12 days. It can be grown through seedlings, in which case flowering occurs in mid-June. Used for growing in borders, group plantings, balcony boxes, as well as hanging baskets and plant pots.
