The root crops are large, elongated-cylindrical, red-crimson in color, weighing 120-250 grams, average length 15-20 cm, on deeply plowed soil reaches a length of up to 60 cm. The pulp is dense, juicy, white, with a piquant, slightly pungent taste, contains large quantities of trace elements, mineral salts and amino acids.
