Sorrel «Broadleaf» - the rosette of the variety is quite large, compact, the petioles of the leaves are long, pigmented at the base. Cold and drought-resistant crop. Grown on fertile soils. It grows in one place for 3-4 years. From regrowth to technical ripeness 45 days. The rosette is large with dark green leaves. Valued as an early vitamin green.

The leaves contain malic and citric acid, proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins B1, B2, C, PP. They are used in cooking for preparing first courses and in folk medicine, as a means to treat certain diseases associated with bulk matter.

Seeds are sown in the fall before frost or in early spring in rows with a row spacing of 20-30 cm. The seeding rate is 0.5-1 g per 1 m2. Planting depth is 1-1.5 cm.
