Insecticide for pest control «Boverin» - a biological insecticidal preparation is used to treat agricultural, gardening and ornamental crops in order to destroy a complex of insect pests.
This preparation contains spores of the entomopathogenic fungus Beauveria bassiana, which causes a fungal disease called white muscardine in insects of various orders. Viable conidia or fungal spores land on the surface of the insect's body and grow inside the body through soft areas of the integument, forming mycelium.
Inside, the fungus begins to grow rapidly, as a result of which the host insect dies from exhaustion and intoxication. The mycelium develops and emerges through the integument to the surface of the body. Here spores are formed, which are subsequently responsible for infecting the next generation of insects.
The bioinsecticide is successfully used for the bioprotection of cabbage, potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplant, peppers, carrots, beets, roses, dahlias, aster, pelargonium, bulbous flowers, boxwood, lilac, jasmine from mole crickets, chafer larvae, click beetles (wireworms) , garden ants, grasshoppers and other types of locusts, thrips, flies, moths, cutworm larvae, fungus gnat larvae, bedbugs, moths and other pests.
Advantages:
- The biological product does not cause resistance in insect pests;
- This product effectively prevents the appearance of subsequent generations of insects;
- The biological product does not harm the treated crops and the environment;
- The insecticide is compatible with other drugs, fertilizers and growth stimulants;
- Boverin provides reliable and long-lasting protection against major difficult-to-remove soil insect pests;
- Biological effectiveness 30 days after use of the drug is 75-82%.
