Mustard «Sandwich» - early maturing variety. The period from germination to harvesting of greens is 20-30 days. The leaves are medium-sized, juicy with a pleasant mustard taste, yellow-green color. Greens are harvested when the plants reach a height of 10-15 cm.
The first sowing of seeds in open ground is carried out in April, the following sowings are repeated after 10-15 days until mid-August. Fresh leaves are used as food for salads and side dishes, seeds are added to marinades.
