Microgreens red amaranth (pigweed) - microgreens of red amaranth differ from most shoots by their dark pink color and beetroot taste. It contains squalene, a unique component that increases the flow of oxygen to tissues and organs. These greens are especially useful for people who are often under stress. When consumed, it reduces cholesterol in the blood, replenishes the supply of lysine, and fiber helps to get rid of excess weight.

For faster germination, seeds can be soaked for 4 hours in warm water. Shoots appear on the 2-3 day after sowing, the backlight should be turned on on the 3rd day after germination. Microgreens are collected 7-10 days.
