Venidium «Monarch of the Veld Mix» / Arctotis Fastuosa - family Asteraceae. This is an annual plant, 50-70 cm high, light-loving, cold-resistant, does not tolerate over-watering. The inflorescences are large, 6-10 cm in diameter, shiny orange and white with a purple-brown disk in the center.

The seeds are sown in March-April for seedlings or in open ground in May in sunny areas. The shoots appear on the 10-15th day after sowing. They are thinned out at a distance of 30 cm between the plants. Flowering begins in June and continues until frost. The flowers are open on sunny days.

A wonderful plant for decorating flower beds, flower gardens, garden vases and pots, as well as for cutting.
