Bursa is one of the largest and heaviest producing varieties of Turkish tobacco, growing up to 2.4 meters with 30-34 harvested leaves per plant. The dark green, spade-shaped leaves are heavy and on average 25 by 40 cm. Due to the high columnar shape of the plant, it may be necessary to place it in quiet areas from the wind to avoid tipping over. Flowering occurs in 65-70 days.
