Beans «Ruby Star» - a variety of bush shelling beans for home cultivation. Planting and growing beans:

For growing beans, allocate a well-lit area, its compact decorative bushes can be planted along the garden path. The composition of the soil for beans is not fundamentally important - it grows well on any soil. It is most convenient to plant beans with dry grain - the plants take root better. Beans are sown in early May, when it is warm and the danger of frost has passed. Growing scheme: sow to a depth of 3-4 cm, distance in a row 10-15 cm, width between rows - 50 cm.

After emergence, the rows are loosened and kept free of weeds until the rows close. Before flowering, it is recommended to hill the bushes. In the absence of precipitation during the period of fruit formation, the beans are watered once a week (up to 20 l / sq. m). The collected pods are dried and shelled. The grain is winnowed and sent for processing or winter storage.
