Cucumber «Armenian», serpentine melon (also Tarra) - a type of melon, a representative of the genus Cucumber of the Pumpkin family (Cucurbitaceae), melon crop. According to the Germplasm Resources Information Network (GRIN), the taxon has the name: Cucumis melo L. subsp. melo var. flexuosus (L.) Naudin. (syn. Cucumis flexuosus L.) is a variety with unusual long fruits. The growing season from germination to fruiting is 70-75 days.

The fruits are cylindrical, light green in color, strongly ribbed, 40-60 cm or more in length. The pulp is aromatic and has a melon-like texture. The plant needs a warm, sunny place, without drafts, and regular watering of the soil to avoid bitterness in cucumbers.

It is grown in open ground and in film greenhouses. It is better to use young fruits, 20-30 cm long, for food.
