Celtuce salad «Uysun» - this is a narrow-leaved variety. Forms a juicy thickened stem, 80-100 cm high, and large elongated leaves. The collection of leaves is carried out gradually, starting to tear off the lower leaves after 60-80 days from germination, leaving a little at the top.

This promotes growth and thickening of the stem. The stems are consumed raw, fried or boiled; the leaves are used only fresh, slightly wilted. Grown in open ground and spring film greenhouses, seedlings or sowing in the ground.
