Watermelon «Sicheslav» - this is a mid-season variety of watermelon - 77-90 days. The fruit is round, smooth, light green with wide scalloped stripes. The mass of a marketable fruit is 2.4 kilograms (up to 5-8 kilograms). The pulp is pink, medium density, juicy, sweet.

Watermelon is grown in open ground and greenhouses on light soils. Sowing in open ground is carried out at the end of May. Sowing seedlings - in late April, early May. When the threat of frost has passed, the seedlings are planted in the ground (at the age of 30-35 days, in the phase of 3-4 true leaves) according to the scheme 80x200 cm.

As the plants grow, they form into one stem, removing side shoots, and leaving 2-3 ovaries. Further care consists in watering, fertilizing and loosening.
