Watermelon «Denver» F1 - this is a mid-season hybrid of watermelon, which is resistant to anthracnose (1; 3 races) and Fusarium wilt. Vegetation period 90-95 days. It is characterized by high productivity of fruits of the same, leveled size.

Suitable for growing in greenhouses and outdoors in various climatic conditions. The fruits are round and oval, large and medium size, weighing 10 - 14 kg with well-defined stripes with dark red, very sweet flesh, with a small amount of seeds.

Watermelon is grown in open ground and greenhouses on light soils. Sowing in open ground is carried out at the end of May. Sowing seedlings - in late April, early May. When the threat of frost has passed, the seedlings are planted in the ground (at the age of 30-35 days, in the phase of 3-4 true leaves) according to the scheme 80x200 cm.

As the plants grow, they form into one stem, removing side shoots, and leaving 2-3 ovaries. Further care consists in watering, fertilizing and loosening.
