Fodder beet «Zentaur» - is a productive multi-sprout fodder beet. Drought-resistant, not demanding on the soil. The variety is characterized by very rapid growth of roots and leaves and resistance to bolting, cercosporiosis, and viruses. Immersion into the ground by 60% makes mechanical cleaning possible. A peculiarity of white massive root vegetables (weight is about 1.2 - 2.7 kg) is the absence of lateral branches. Root crops have an elongated oval shape and are slightly contaminated with soil, since their root groove is shallow.
