Lawn grass «Universal» / Lawn Robustica - is a multi-purpose, unpretentious grass mixture intended for landscaping areas with no regular maintenance, suitable for areas subject to moderate mechanical loads and for decorative purposes. Serves for covering parks, gardens, boulevards, squares and any other areas. The grass varieties included in this lawn mixture are characterized by increased shade tolerance, drought and frost resistance.

It is used to create a lawn in areas subject to moderate mechanical loads, for decorative purposes in gardens, parks, cottages and for landscaping roads.

Compound:

• Red fescue (Festuca Rubra) - 40%,
• Perennial tares (Lolium Perenne) - 25%,
• Rough fescue (Festuca Trachyphylla) - 35%,
• Meadow bluegrass (Poa Pratensis) - 5%,

The seeding rate is 20 grams per 0.5 m2.

Recommendations for creating a lawn:

1. The area for sowing is dug up;
2. Carefully level the top layer of soil with a rake, clearing it of perennial weeds and stones;
3. Rolling is carried out to compact and level the soil surface;
4. The prepared area is watered abundantly with a large amount of water, achieving moistening of the top layer of soil by 10-15 cm;
5. After watering, phosphorus-potassium fertilizers are applied to ensure the lawn takes root and the top layer of soil is allowed to dry (up to about 2 cm) for 1-3 hours, depending on temperature conditions;
6. After drying, the soil is treated with a rake for surface loosening to a depth of 1-2 cm, avoiding the formation of lumps;
7. After loosening, sow the grass mixture using the cross method, evenly distributing the seeds throughout the entire area;
8. After sowing the seeds, the top layer of soil is compacted by rolling, after which irrigation is carried out using the sprinkling method to prevent the seeds from being washed out of the soil;
9. The first mowing is carried out when the grass reaches 7-10 cm in height;
10. After which the lawn must be fed with ammonia fertilizers to stimulate grass growth;

Sowing dates:

• Spring period: second half of April - May;
• Autumn period: September.

Sowing temperature: 18°C.
