Chard (beet leaf) «Green» - а very valuable green culture, which, unfortunately, is still not very common. It is used as an early lettuce crop for making salads, sandwiches, and also as a very valuable fodder crop. Young leaves have a delicate spinach flavor. After cutting the main mass, new leaves grow within 7-10 days.

Mid-season variety. Vegetation period from germination to technical maturity - 90 - 100 days.

The cuttings are thick, 20 - 25 cm long, light green in color. The mass of the productive part of one plant is 500 - 1200 grams. Commercial yield 3 - 8 kg/m2. Salads, borscht are prepared from the leaves, and the stems are stewed like asparagus.

Seeds are sown in early spring or before winter.
