Mustard «Mushtard» - this is an annual plant. The growing season from germination to economic ripeness is 25-35 days. The leaves and seeds have a spicy mustard taste.
The first sowing of seeds in open ground is carried out in April, the next sowings are repeated after 10-15 days until mid-August. Greens can be collected when the plants reach a height of 15-20 cm. Fresh leaves are used as food for preparing salads and side dishes, seeds are added to marinades.
