Pumpkin «Folk» - is a medium-late, high-yielding, transportable pumpkin variety. The vegetative period from sowing seeds to harvesting is 110-140 days.

It forms a long-branched stem with large, round, yellow-orange fruits, weighing 8.3 kg, individual fruits can reach up to 30 kg. The flesh is yellow or orange. Seeds are sown in the ground to a depth of 5-6 cm in the third decade of April - the first decade of May.

The variety is distinguished by large seeds, the chemical composition of the fruit pulp: dry residue content - 4%, total sugar - 3.3%, carotene 4.4 mg, vitamin C - 2.3 mg.

The variety is relatively resistant to downy mildew. The use is mainly for fodder and for collecting seeds.
