Eggplant «Turkish Orange» - is a medium-sized, very early variety, the fruits could be harvested in mid-July, the average fruit weight is 100 grams. The color of the fruit changes as it ripens, from light green with dark stripes in the early stage to orange and completely red when ripe. Unripe orange fruits are used for food. Harvesting must be done before the eggplants turn completely red.

This variety is very beautiful, the appearance of this plant allows you to compare it with a small exotic tree, decorated with peculiar round green, orange and red fruits, very similar to tomatoes, but not like eggplants. And also for the size of the fruits, because they are ideal for stuffing.
