Columbine or granny's bonnet «Tower» (mix) / Aquilegia - this is a perennial that has an exquisite charm that catches the eye at first sight. They have a beautiful bush shape, decorative foliage, strong flower stalks up to 70 cm tall. Flowers of different colors, double, placed on strong petioles, excellent shape, with a short spur, 4-5 cm in diameter.

It can grow in one place for many years without losing its attractiveness.

Blooms from late May to mid-July. Moisture-loving. It is desirable to plant them in partial shade or in sunny areas. The soil is undemanding, they prefer light, well-fertilized, drained areas. Propagated by sowing seeds in open ground in May or before winter. When sown in spring, the seeds must be stratified by freezing.

Aquilegia is designed for group plantings on lawns, under trees, in parks, for mixborders, low alpine slides.
