Fodder beet «Ursus» - is a semi-sugar, multi-sprout variety. It is distinguished by a cylindrical shape of a yellow-orange root crop, which is 40% immersed in the ground. This feature allows you to save money when cleaning manually. These root vegetables store well, have a smooth surface and juicy white, slightly creamy flesh.

In the first year of development, a root crop is formed, weighing about 6 kg. It is worth noting that the above-ground part of the plant, namely the tops, is also used as animal feed (the rosette of green leaves is ensiled). What is noteworthy is that there are no problems with collecting tops due to the structure of the crop, because most of the root crop is on the surface, as a result of which the leaves are very easily removed.
