Mustard «Salad» - this is an annual plant. The growing season from germination to economic ripeness is 25-35 days. The leaves are elongated-oval, light green in color, juicy, with a pleasant pungent taste. Seeds are sown in open ground starting in April and repeating sowings every 10-15 days until mid-August. Greens can be harvested when the plant height is 10-15 cm.
Fresh leaves are used as food for preparing salads and side dishes for meat and fish dishes; seeds are added to marinades when canning.
